Polk Co. Sheriffs Crisis Negotation Team - used condition - The Crisis Negotiation Team consists of deputies who are specially trained to deal with people in crisis and risk situations. The team's task is to find a peaceful solution to violent situations through dialog and listening techniques. Polk Co.
